New book coming soon!

The last year or so I have been working on a very special project. A children’s book called “Sensitive Silas.” My son is on the autism spectrum and has Sensory Processing Disorder which makes him super sensitive to touch, sounds, vibrations etc. This has been a beautiful but sometimes rocky journey for us. I knew for a while that I wanted to create a book that discussed my son’s uniqueness but in a very gentle way that would be simple to communicate to kids. In reading this book however you can see it as an autistic cat or you can also just read it as someone who is different and sensitive. My goal for this story was to just make children aware that there are kids with different abilities, needs, and sensitivities. We should be willing to try to understand them, be kind, and befriend them. This book is a special one. The main character was created and got approval by my son. I hope that you will enjoy it.
